โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาซื้อยา Fosfomycin Sodium 4 gm สำหรับฉีด (Fosfomycin Sodium 4 gm for injection) โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้โรงพยาบาลในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขมียาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากลไว้ใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วย
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อยาที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification ตาม Japanese Pharmacopoeia 18th edition โดยยาที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน มีความปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพในการรักษา
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดหายา มีระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพ และสามารถส่งมอบยาได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด เกณฑ์การประเมินจะพิจารณาจากราคาที่เสนอ คุณภาพของยา และคุณสมบัติของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอ
การส่งมอบยาจะต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR นี้
This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the purchase of Fosfomycin Sodium 4 gm for injection, with the objective of providing quality medication meeting international standards for hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health.
The scope of work includes procuring medication that meets the Finished product specification and Drug substance specification as per the Japanese Pharmacopoeia 18th edition. The medication must be of high quality, safe, and effective for treatment.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have experience in supplying medication, possess a quality control system, and be able to deliver the medication on time. The evaluation criteria will consider the proposed price, medication quality, and bidder qualifications.
Medication delivery must adhere to the standards and requirements outlined in this TOR.
