โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิงอเนกประสงค์ ขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๒,๐๐๐ ลิตร ชนิด ๑๐ ล้อ จำนวน ๑ คัน เพื่อนำไปใช้งานในการแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภคบริโภคในช่วงฤดูแล้ง, ป้องกันและระงับเหตุอัคคีภัย, และให้ความช่วยเหลือบรรเทาสาธารณภัยต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ตำบลวังโป่ง อำเภอวังโป่ง จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ รวมถึงใช้ในการบริการสาธารณะด้านอื่นๆ เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิงที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ตัวรถ 10 ล้อ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลไม่น้อยกว่า 240 แรงม้า ถังบรรจุน้ำไม่น้อยกว่า 12,000 ลิตร พร้อมอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิงครบชุด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และต้องยื่นเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา เช่น ผลงานการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิง, เอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานต่างๆ, หนังสือแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่าย, และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
การส่งมอบพัสดุจะต้องดำเนินการภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้ราคาต่ำสุดเป็นหลัก
The main objective of this project is to procure one multipurpose fire truck with a capacity of not less than 12,000 liters, 10-wheel type, to be used to solve the problem of water shortages for consumption during the dry season, prevent and suppress fires, and provide assistance for various disasters in the Wang Pong Subdistrict, Wang Pong District, Phetchabun Province, as well as to be used for other public services to alleviate the suffering of the people.
The scope of work includes the procurement of a fire truck with specified features such as a 10-wheel vehicle, a diesel engine of not less than 240 horsepower, a water tank of not less than 12,000 liters, and a complete set of firefighting equipment. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit documents for consideration, such as past fire truck procurement performance, various standard certifications, dealership appointment letters, and other relevant documents.
The delivery of the goods must be completed within 120 days from the date of signing the contract, and there is a warranty against defects for at least 2 years. The selection criteria will be based on the lowest price.
