โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อด้วยไอน้ำแรงดันสูงที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง เพื่อใช้ในการฆ่าเชื้ออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และวัสดุต่างๆ ในโรงพยาบาลหรือสถานพยาบาล เครื่องนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานสากล และมีระบบควบคุมที่ทันสมัย เช่น ระบบล็อคป้องกันอันตราย (Safety Lock Cylinder), ควบคุมด้วย Microcomputer PLC, มีระบบ Touch Screen เพื่อความสะดวกในการใช้งาน และสามารถทำ Fast Cycle, Standard Cycle, Intensive Cycle และ Custom Cycle ได้ นอกจากนี้ ต้องมี Bacteria Filter และระบบป้องกันการปนเปื้อนต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพในการฆ่าเชื้อ
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหา, ติดตั้ง, ทดสอบ, และฝึกอบรมการใช้งานเครื่องนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive maintenance) เพื่อให้เครื่องนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว
This project involves the procurement of a high-performance steam sterilizer for sterilizing medical equipment and materials in hospitals or medical facilities. The sterilizer must meet international standards and have modern control systems such as a safety lock cylinder, microcomputer PLC control, a touch screen for ease of use, and the ability to perform Fast Cycle, Standard Cycle, Intensive Cycle, and Custom Cycle operations. Additionally, it must have a bacteria filter and contamination prevention systems to ensure safety and sterilization efficiency.
The scope of work includes supply, installation, testing, and user training, as well as preventive maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the sterilizer in the long term.
