รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างเขื่อน คสล. ป้องกันดินริมคลองไผ่ขาด ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลบ้านใหม่ อำเภอบางใหญ่ จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างเขื่อน คสล. ที่มีความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 100.00 เมตร ตามรูปแบบและรายการที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านใหม่กำหนด
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการเตรียมพื้นที่ การตอกเสาเข็ม การสร้างคาน คสล. และแผ่นพื้นคสล. รวมถึงการถมหินคลุกไหล่ทาง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการติดตั้งป้ายประกาศเขตการก่อสร้าง จัดทำเครื่องหมายจราจร และดูแลความปลอดภัยในบริเวณก่อสร้าง
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพดี และดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม หากมีปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคในการดำเนินงาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องประสานงานกับผู้ว่าจ้างหรือผู้แทนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete (RC) retaining wall to prevent soil erosion along Khlong Phai Khat in Moo 5, Ban Mai Subdistrict, Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province. The construction will cover a length of at least 100.00 meters, following the design and specifications of the Ban Mai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The scope of work includes site preparation, pile driving, construction of RC beams and slabs, and shoulder filling with crushed rock. The contractor is responsible for installing construction zone signs, traffic signs, and ensuring safety in the construction area. The contractor must provide high-quality materials and equipment and carry out the construction according to professional standards, considering safety and environmental impact. Any issues or obstacles during the project must be coordinated with the client or their representative for resolution.
