รายละเอียดการจ้าง
ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประมูลงานบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบปรับอากาศของโรงพยาบาลตากสิน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบปรับอากาศต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาลอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ป่วยและเจ้าหน้าที่
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย 5 รายการหลัก:
- การบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ พร้อมเปลี่ยนแผงกรองอากาศสำหรับหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตศัลยกรรมประสาท
- การบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศปลอดเชื้อในหออภิบาลคนไข้หนักอายุรกรรม
- การบำรุงรักษาระบบควบคุมอากาศปลอดเชื้อในห้องต่างๆ เช่น ห้องไอ.ซี.ยู, ห้องผ่าตัด, งานเวชภัณฑ์กลาง และหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชาย
- การบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ พร้อมเปลี่ยนแผงกรองอากาศสำหรับห้องผ่าตัด ๗
- การบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศและควบคุมคุณภาพอากาศงานเวชภัณฑ์กลาง และระบบระบายอากาศและเติมอากาศในห้องอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาจ้างในครั้งนี้ โดยมีวงเงินผลงานขั้นต่ำตามที่ระบุในแต่ละรายการ
การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดของแต่ละรายการ
ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องจัดทำรายการอะไหล่ที่สำคัญและจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยน พร้อมราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน ส่งมอบให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุตรวจสอบภายใน 15 วันทำการ นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The announcement invites interested parties to participate in the bidding for maintenance and repair services of the air conditioning system at Taksin Hospital. The objective is to ensure that the air conditioning systems within the hospital are in a usable and safe condition for patients and staff.
The scope of work includes 5 main items:
- Maintenance of the air conditioning and ventilation system, along with replacement of air filters for the neurosurgery critical care unit.
- Maintenance of the sterile air conditioning system in the medical intensive care unit.
- Maintenance of the sterile air control system in various rooms such as the ICU, operating room, central pharmaceutical unit, and male medical ward.
- Maintenance of the air conditioning and ventilation system, along with replacement of air filters for operating room 7.
- Maintenance of the air conditioning and air quality control system of the central pharmaceutical unit and the ventilation and air supply system in the emergency room.
Interested parties must meet the specified qualifications and have a track record of similar work with a minimum project value as specified in each item.
The selection of proposals will be based on price criteria, considering the lowest price for each item.
The selected contractor must prepare a list of essential spare parts that need replacement, along with their current prices, and submit it to the inspection committee within 15 working days from the date of signing the contract.
