โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงพื้นที่ภายในอาคารกรมการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม เลขที่ ๔๙ ซอย ๓๐ ถนนพระรามที่ 5 แขวงพญาไท เขตพญาไท กรุงเทพมหานคร ให้เป็นศูนย์เรียนรู้และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้เป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่สำคัญและคลังข้อมูลสำหรับประชาชนในการศึกษาเรียนรู้ผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงเป็นศูนย์วิเคราะห์และพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกของประเทศ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงพื้นที่และการตกแต่งภายใน, การจัดหาครุภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ โดยแบ่งพื้นที่การใช้งานออกเป็น 5 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ พื้นที่ศูนย์บริการประชาชน, พื้นที่เรียนรู้ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อม, พื้นที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการข้อมูล, พื้นที่ห้องสมุด, และพื้นที่ห้องประชุม
งานที่จะต้องดำเนินการรวมถึงการตกแต่งบริเวณทางเข้า, การติดตั้งระบบการวัดค่าก๊าซเรือนกระจก, การจัดหาจอภาพและอุปกรณ์ประกอบ, การตกแต่งผนัง, การจัดหาเคาน์เตอร์, การจัดทำห้องประชุม, การจัดทำป้ายสื่อสารและประชาสัมพันธ์, การจัดหาที่นั่งพักคอยและเฟอร์นิเจอร์, รวมถึงการจัดหาคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เป้าหมายโดยรวมของโครงการคือการสร้างศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ ที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศ และเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เข้าถึงได้สำหรับประชาชน
The main objective of this project is to renovate the area inside the Department of Climate Change and Environment building, located at 49 Soi 30, Rama 5 Road, Phaya Thai Subdistrict, Phaya Thai District, Bangkok, into a learning and data analysis center for climate change and the environment. The goal is to establish a crucial infrastructure and data repository for the public to study the impacts of climate change and the environment, as well as a center for analyzing and developing databases to support the country’s greenhouse gas reduction efforts.
The scope of work includes area renovation and interior decoration, procurement of equipment and supplies, dividing the usage area into 5 main sections: public service center area, climate change and environment learning area, data operation center area, library area, and meeting room area.
The tasks to be performed include decorating the entrance area, installing a greenhouse gas measurement system, procuring display screens and related equipment, decorating walls, providing counters, creating meeting rooms, creating communication and public relations signs, providing waiting area seating and furniture, as well as procuring computers and related equipment.
The overall goal of the project is to create a modern and efficient learning center to support the country’s climate change and environment operations and to serve as an accessible learning resource for the public.
