รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการปลูกและบำรุงรักษาต้นไม้ จำนวน 25 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการปลูกและซ่อมแซมต้นไม้ในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ของเขตคลองสามวา ได้แก่ สวนท้ายซอยหทัยราษฎร์ 37, เกาะกลางถนนเลียบคลองสอง, เกาะกลางถนนคู้บอน, เกาะกลางถนนพระยาสุเรนทร์ และเกาะกลางถนนหทัยราษฎร์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้พื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สวยงาม และร่มรื่น
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาต้นไม้หลากหลายชนิด เช่น ต้นสะเดามัน, ต้นชะแมบทอง, ต้นทองอุไร, ต้นมะนาว, ต้นมะกรูด, ต้นไทรเกาหลี, จั๋งญี่ปุ่น, เอื้องหมายดอกแดง, พุดศุภโชค, เฟื่องฟ้าม่วงประเสริฐศรี, ฟ้าทลายโจร, พยัพหมอก, เข็มพิษณุโลกสีชมพู, ถั่วบราซิล, หญ้านวลน้อย รวมถึงวัสดุอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น เช่น ทรายละเอียด, ตะปู, ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์, กาบมะพร้าวสับ, ดินผสม, ไม้หลักปักพยุง, ต้นไทรยอดทอง, ต้นชาฮกเกี้ยน และต้นเข็มเชียงใหม่
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการเสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และสามารถส่งมอบวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดภายใน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมต่ำสุด
This project aims to procure planting and tree maintenance materials and equipment, totaling 25 items, through electronic bidding (e-bidding). These materials will be used for planting and repairing trees in various areas of Klong Sam Wa district, including Suan Thai Soi Hathairat 37, the median strip of Liap Klong Song Road, the median strip of Khu Bon Road, the median strip of Phraya Suren Road, and the median strip of Hathairat Road. The goal is to create orderly, beautiful, and shady areas.
The scope of work includes providing various types of trees such as Neem trees, Gold Dewdrop trees, Lemon trees, Bergamot trees, Korean Ficus trees, Japanese Sago Palm, Ascocentrum ampullaceum, Pudsopachok, Bougainvillea, Andrographis paniculata, Evolvulus nummularius, Pink Ixora, Brazilian Peanut, and Zoysia japonica grass. It also includes other necessary materials such as fine sand, nails, organic fertilizer, chopped coconut husk, soil mix, tree support stakes, Golden Tip Ficus, Fukien Tea trees, and Chiangmai Ixora trees.
Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and be able to deliver all materials and equipment within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. The selection of the winning bid will be based on the lowest total price.
