การไฟฟ้านครหลวง (กฟน.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อแหวนเหล็กสี่เหลี่ยมจัตุรัสแบน (Square flat washer) จำนวน 145,000 อัน โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) แหวนเหล็กดังกล่าวมีขนาดความกว้าง 4 นิ้ว หนา 3/8 นิ้ว และเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 1 1/8 นิ้ว สำหรับใช้กับ bolt ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 1 นิ้ว ต้องทำการชุบสังกะสีโดยวิธี Hot dip galvanized ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM A153/A153M และเป็นไปตาม Drawing No. 10A4-P017 Sheet No. 1 of 2 to Sheet No. 2 of 2 (Date 1/10/2562) ที่แนบ
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องระบุชื่อผู้ผลิตและประเทศผู้ผลิตของแหวนเหล็กที่เสนอ และต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตรายเดียวต่อรายการ พัสดุที่เสนอต้องผลิตในประเทศไทย และต้องมีเอกสารยืนยันแหล่งผลิตเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุแบ่งเป็น 2 งวด งวดแรกจำนวน 55,000 อัน ภายใน 90 วัน และงวดที่สองจำนวน 90,000 อัน ระหว่าง 210-240 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของภายในระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) intends to purchase 145,000 pieces of Square Flat Washers via e-bidding. The washers must be 4 inches wide, 3/8 inches thick, and have a diameter of 1 1/8 inches, suitable for use with 1-inch diameter bolts. They must be galvanized by the Hot dip galvanized method according to ASTM A153/A153M standards and comply with Drawing No. 10A4-P017 Sheet No. 1 of 2 to Sheet No. 2 of 2 (Date 1/10/2562).
Bidders must specify the manufacturer and country of origin, with only one manufacturer allowed per item. The offered products must be manufactured in Thailand, and supporting documents must be provided. Delivery is divided into two phases: the first phase of 55,000 pieces within 90 days, and the second phase of 90,000 pieces between 210-240 days from the contract signing date. The winning bidder must guarantee against defects for at least 1 year.
