สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรมมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างพิมพ์วารสาร “กำลังใจ” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้และประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการกำลังใจฯ รวมทั้งโครงการในพระดำริฯ อื่นๆ วารสารจะออกเผยแพร่ราย 2 เดือน รวม 4 งวด (20,000 เล่ม) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดทำเนื้อหา, ออกแบบรูปเล่มให้สวยงามทันสมัย, จัดหาภาพประกอบ, จัดทำต้นฉบับ, ถ่ายสำเนาหนังสือนำส่ง, จัดส่งวารสารไปยังหน่วยงานและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องตามรายชื่อที่กำหนด และต้องมีเจ้าหน้าที่ลงพื้นที่หรือเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของโครงการกำลังใจฯ เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลและจัดทำเนื้อหา (ไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ครั้ง) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องยื่นข้อเสนอพร้อมตัวอย่างบทความ, การออกแบบคอลัมน์, และหน้าปกวารสาร โดยมีงบประมาณ 1,200,000 บาท การประเมินข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากราคา (30%) และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค (70%)

The Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice is seeking to procure the printing of the “Kamlangjai” journal for the fiscal year 2025 to disseminate knowledge and publicize the Kamlangjai project, as well as other projects under royal initiatives. The journal will be published every 2 months, totaling 4 issues (20,000 copies). Bidders must create content, design the layout attractively and modernly, source illustrations, prepare the original manuscript, copy the delivery letters, deliver the journal to relevant agencies and individuals according to a specified list, and have personnel visit the project’s activities to collect data and create content (at least 4 times). Bidders must submit proposals with sample articles, column designs, and journal covers. The budget is 1,200,000 baht. The evaluation of proposals will consider price (30%) and technical proposals (70%).
