This TOR is for the procurement of a Backhoe Loader that meets the specified technical requirements for use in government projects. The Backhoe Loader must have both a front loading bucket and a rear excavating bucket, both hydraulically controlled. The loading bucket must have a capacity of at least 1.85 cubic meters and a width of at least 2,200 mm. The excavating bucket must have a width of 500 mm (1 unit) and 300 mm (1 unit), and a capacity of at least 0.15 cubic meters. In addition, the Backhoe Loader must have an operating weight of at least 6,500 kg and include accessories such as an operating hour meter, temperature gauge, warning lights, and vehicle tools.
