โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กในหมู่ที่ 5 บริเวณบ้านกลางทุ่ง ตำบลท่าเสา อำเภอท่ามะกา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ ถนนมีความกว้าง 4.00 เมตร และยาว 460.00 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 1,840.00 ตารางเมตร การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามแบบแปลนที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท่าเสากำหนด โดยผิวจราจรคอนกรีตต้องมีกำลังอัดประลัยของแท่งคอนกรีตตัวอย่างรูปลูกบาศก์ 15x15x15 ซม. อายุ 28 วัน ไม่น้อยกว่า 280 กก./ชม. ผู้รับจ้างต้องตรวจสอบพื้นที่ก่อสร้างอย่างละเอียด และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจากความเสียหายต่อสาธารณูปโภคใต้ดิน เช่น ท่อประปา หากเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง คู่สัญญาต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด
This project involves the construction of reinforced concrete pavement in Moo 5, Ban Klang Thung area, with a width of 4.00 meters and a length of 460.00 meters, totaling no less than 1,840.00 square meters, according to the specifications set by the Tha Sao Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The contractor is responsible for all expenses if obstacles or damages occur to water pipes and other underground utilities during construction. The contract requires the use of domestically produced materials for no less than 60% of the total value of materials, and domestically produced steel for no less than 90% of the total steel usage.
