โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างดําเนินงานจัดทําระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ํา ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาที่ดินชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูง ในพื้นที่บ้านเปียงหลวง หมู่ที่ ๑ ตําบลเปียงหลวง อําเภอเวียงแหง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีพื้นที่ดําเนินการ 75 ไร่ โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักคือการพัฒนาพื้นที่ตามรูปแบบงานอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ําที่เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการชะล้างพังทลายของดิน และส่งเสริมการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการสาธิตกิจกรรมการพัฒนาที่ดินอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้เกษตรกรเห็นความสําคัญของการอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ําควบคู่ไปกับการทําการเกษตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดทําขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่อง ระยะทาง 7.82 กิโลเมตร และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการจํานวน 1 ป้าย ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่จัดจ้าง และต้องดําเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project aims to hire services for the implementation of soil and water conservation systems under the Highland Community Land Development Project in Ban Piang Luang, Wiang Haeng District, Chiang Mai Province, covering an area of 75 rai. The main objectives are to develop land according to suitable soil and water conservation models to prevent soil erosion and promote efficient and sustainable land use. It also focuses on demonstrating systematic land development activities to emphasize the importance of soil and water conservation alongside agriculture for farmers. The scope of work includes the construction of discontinuous terracing with a length of 7.82 kilometers and the installation of one project sign. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including relevant experience, and complete the work within 30 days from the contract signing date.
