โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อวัสดุบริโภคประเภทอาหารสดและอาหารแห้ง ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อตอบสนองการรักษาผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาล โดยมีงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 2,818,000 บาท ราคากลาง 2,794,960 บาท

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและส่งมอบอาหารสดและอาหารแห้งตามรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดในเอกสารแนบ ซึ่งระบุชนิด ปริมาณ และคุณสมบัติของวัสดุแต่ละรายการ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบพัสดุคือ 5 เดือนนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยต้องส่งมอบตามรายการที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จสั่งซื้ออย่างน้อยสัปดาห์ละ 3 ครั้ง โรงพยาบาลจะจ่ายเงินเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนตามสัญญาและได้ตรวจรับมอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยจะแบ่งจ่ายเป็น 5 งวดงาน

Somdej Hospital intends to procure fresh and dry food consumables for the fiscal year 2025 B.E. (2025) through electronic bidding (e-bidding) to support the treatment of patients receiving care at the hospital, with a total budget of 2,818,000 Baht and a median price of 2,794,960 Baht.

The scope of work includes the procurement and delivery of fresh and dry food according to the specifications detailed in the attached document, which specifies the type, quantity, and properties of each item. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and registration in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department.

The delivery period is 5 months from the date of signing the contract, with deliveries required at least 3 times per week according to the items ordered by Somdej Hospital. The hospital will make payments upon the seller’s complete delivery of goods according to the contract and successful inspection and acceptance, divided into 5 installments.
