รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงทางหลวงชนบทหมายเลข นฐ.3004 ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางเชื่อมระหว่างทางหลวงหมายเลข 346 และศาลายา ในพื้นที่อำเภอบางเลนและพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานก่อสร้างด่านชั่งน้ำหนักแบบกึ่งถาวร (Virtual WIM): รวมถึงงานโครงสร้าง ค.ส.ล. สำหรับติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ WIM
- งานติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง: ติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างพร้อมอุปกรณ์ในช่วง กม. 19+450 - กม. 20+575
- งานติดตั้งป้ายจราจรปรับเปลี่ยนข้อความ (VMS): ติดตั้งป้าย VMS ในช่วง กม. 20+800
- งานปรับปรุงเกาะกลางถนน: เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและเป็นระเบียบ
- งานตีเส้นจราจร: ตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก
- งานระบบควบคุมการอ่านป้ายทะเบียน (License Plate Recognition System): ติดตั้งระบบ LPR Camera
- งานระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด: ติดตั้งกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดชนิดเครือข่ายแบบปรับมุมมอง
- งานติดตั้งราวกันอันตราย: ติดตั้งราวกันอันตราย
- งานระบบควบคุมการบริหารข้อมูลและรายงาน: จัดทำระบบควบคุมการบริหารข้อมูลและรายงาน
- งานครุภัณฑ์จัดซื้อ: จัดซื้อหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าพร้อมติดตั้ง
- งานรื้อย้ายสาธารณูปโภคข้างทาง: รื้อย้ายสาธารณูปโภคที่กีดขวางการก่อสร้าง
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัย ลดอุบัติเหตุ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการจราจรบนทางหลวงชนบทสาย นฐ.3004
This project aims to improve Rural Highway No. NTH.3004, connecting Highway No. 346 and Salaya in Bang Len and Phutthamonthon districts, Nakhon Pathom province. The scope of work includes:
- Construction of a semi-permanent Weigh-In-Motion (Virtual WIM) station: Including reinforced concrete structures for WIM equipment installation.
- Installation of lighting: Installing lighting equipment from km 19+450 to km 20+575.
- Installation of Variable Message Signs (VMS): Installing VMS signs at km 20+800.
- Median Improvement: Improving the median to enhance safety and order.
- Traffic Striping: Applying thermoplastic paint for traffic markings.
- License Plate Recognition System: Installing LPR Camera
- CCTV System Installation: Installing network CCTV cameras with adjustable angles.
- Guard Rail Installation: Installing guard rails.
- Data Management and Reporting System: Developing a data management and reporting system.
- Procurement of Equipment: Procuring and installing electrical transformers.
- Relocation of roadside utilities: Relocating utilities that obstruct construction.
The project aims to improve safety, reduce accidents, and enhance traffic management efficiency on Rural Highway NTH.3004.
