โครงการงานมหกรรมจัดแสดงและจําหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน OTOP เมืองคนดี ณ ศาลากลางจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากของจังหวัด โดยการเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาดและจัดแสดงสินค้า OTOP ให้แก่ผู้ผลิตและผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ งานนี้จะจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 7 วัน ณ บริเวณลานจอดรถหน้าศูนย์ราชการจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะสร้างรายได้ให้กับกลุ่มผู้ผลิต OTOP, กลุ่มอาชีพต่างๆ, เครือข่ายสัมมาชีพชุมชน, เครือข่ายโคกหนองนา, และชุมชนท่องเที่ยว OTOP นวัตวิถี นอกจากนี้ ยังมุ่งหวังที่จะส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

ขอบเขตงานของผู้รับจ้างรวมถึงการจัดทำแนวคิดและรูปแบบการจัดงาน, การออกแบบและก่อสร้างคูหาและสถานที่จัดงาน, การจัดพิธีเปิดและอำนวยความสะดวก, การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย, การจัดหาสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก, การประเมินผลและการบริหารจัดการงาน, และการประชาสัมพันธ์งาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการควบคุมและบริหารจัดการงานทั้งหมดในนามของสำนักงานพัฒนาชุมชนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้

The project “OTOP City of Good People” Fair at Surat Thani City Hall aims to boost the local economy by providing marketing and sales opportunities for OTOP (One Tambon One Product) entrepreneurs. The 7-day event at Surat Thani City Hall parking lot seeks to generate income for OTOP producers, vocational groups, community networks, and OTOP tourism villages, while also stimulating tourism and the overall economy of Surat Thani Province.

The contractor’s responsibilities include developing the event concept, designing and constructing booths and the venue, organizing the opening ceremony and providing related services, implementing sales promotion activities, providing public utilities and facilities, conducting event evaluation and management, and promoting the event. The contractor is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire event on behalf of the Surat Thani Provincial Community Development Office, with the goal of ensuring efficient operations and achieving the stated objectives.
