โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีรายการครุภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อจำนวน 1 รายการ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และสามารถส่งมอบพัสดุได้ครบถ้วนตามสัญญา เมื่อส่งมอบพัสดุครบถ้วนและมหาวิทยาลัยได้ตรวจรับมอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว มหาวิทยาลัยจะทำการจ่ายเงินค่าพัสดุ ซึ่งได้รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดแล้ว
