โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก สายโรงเหล็ก หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลเขาพระ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในพื้นที่อันเนื่องมาจากสภาพถนนที่เป็นหลุมเป็นบ่อและอาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายในการสัญจร โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 929,000 บาท และกำหนดให้สถานที่ดำเนินการอยู่ที่ บ้านบนควน หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลเขาพระ อำเภอรัตภูมิ จังหวัดสงขลา ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 60% ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และหากมีเหล็กเป็นส่วนประกอบ จะต้องใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 90% ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา และการจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 1 งวดงาน 100% เมื่อส่งมอบงานแล้วเสร็จตามสัญญา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ประกอบการงานก่อสร้างกับกรมบัญชีกลาง และต้องยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP)

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road on Soi Rong Lek, Moo 5, Tambon Khao Phra. The main objective is to alleviate the problems faced by residents due to the poor condition of the road, which poses a safety hazard. The project has a budget of 929,000 baht and is located at Ban Bon Khuan, Moo 5, Tambon Khao Phra, Amphoe Rattaphum, Songkhla Province. The contractor must use domestically produced construction materials, with a minimum of 60% of the total material value, and if steel is used, at least 90% of the steel must be produced domestically. The contractor must complete the construction within 90 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in one installment of 100% upon completion of the work. Bidders must meet legal requirements such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and must register as a construction contractor with the Comptroller General’s Department. Bids must be submitted through the electronic government procurement system (e-GP).
