โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 2 รายการ ได้แก่ หมึกสำหรับเครื่องพิมพ์ Brother รุ่น HL-L6210DW จำนวน 4,412 กล่อง และดรัมสำหรับเครื่องพิมพ์ Brother รุ่น HL-L6210DW จำนวน 2,206 กล่อง ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานของกรมการขนส่งทางบก เพิ่มความสามารถให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในการให้บริการประชาชน และเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพทางด้านการให้บริการของกรมการขนส่งทางบก

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาวัสดุคอมพิวเตอร์ตามจำนวนและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด โดยหมึกพิมพ์ต้องเป็นของแท้, ไม่เคยใช้งาน, มีรายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ชัดเจน, และพิมพ์ได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 18,000 หน้า A4 ตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC19752 ต่อตลับ ส่วนดรัมก็ต้องเป็นของแท้, ไม่เคยใช้งาน, มีรายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ชัดเจน และพิมพ์ได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 45,000 หน้า A4 ตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC19752 ต่อตลับ

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบวัสดุ ณ กรมการขนส่งทางบก กรุงเทพฯ ภายใน 150 วัน แบ่งเป็น 2 งวด และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 เดือน

This project aims to procure computer supplies, specifically 4,412 boxes of Brother HL-L6210DW printer toner and 2,206 boxes of Brother HL-L6210DW printer drums. The objective is to ensure an adequate supply of high-quality materials for the Department of Land Transport’s operations, enhancing the efficiency of staff in serving the public and improving the department’s overall service capabilities.

The scope of work includes providing the specified quantities of computer supplies with the required specifications. The toner must be genuine, unused, clearly labeled, and capable of printing at least 18,000 A4 pages per cartridge according to ISO/IEC19752 standards. Similarly, the drum must be genuine, unused, clearly labeled, and capable of printing at least 45,000 A4 pages per cartridge according to ISO/IEC19752 standards.

The supplier is required to deliver the supplies to the Department of Land Transport in Bangkok within 150 days, split into two installments, and provide a warranty against defects for a minimum of 5 months.
