โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อด้ามจี้และตัวเจาะหน้าท้อง จำนวน 6 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในงานศัลยกรรมผ่านกล้องของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ปีงบประมาณ 2568 รายการที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วย ด้ามจี้ควบคุมที่เท้า, ด้ามจับแบบดินสอควบคุมด้วยเท้า, ก้านจี้แบบตะขอ, ตัวเจาะหน้าท้องขนาด 12 มม., ตัวเจาะหน้าท้องแบบป้าน, และตัวเจาะหน้าท้องขนาด 5 มม. แต่ละรายการมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนด เช่น วัสดุที่ใช้ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน, สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ได้, และต้องผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อโรคพร้อมใช้งาน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีอาชีพขายพัสดุ และได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากบริษัทผู้ผลิตที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล รวมถึงมีเอกสารจดทะเบียนสถานประกอบการผลิตหรือนำเข้าเครื่องมือแพทย์จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) คณะแพทยศาสตร์ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทางราชการก่อนการจัดซื้อ โดยเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกคือ “ราคา” และใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Bidding) ในการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้

This project involves the procurement of 6 items of handles and trocars for laparoscopic surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University, fiscal year 2025. The items to be purchased include foot-controlled cautery handles, foot-controlled pencil-type handles, hook cautery shafts, 12 mm trocars, blunt trocars, and 5 mm trocars. Each item has specific properties, such as materials meeting standards, compatibility with other equipment, and pre-sterilization for immediate use. Bidders must be in the business of selling supplies and be appointed as distributors by internationally certified manufacturers, and have medical device manufacturing or import registration documents from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The Faculty of Medicine reserves the right to consider materials of good quality and beneficial to the government before purchasing. The selection criteria is “price” and the procurement method is electronic bidding (e-Bidding).
