โครงการก่อสร้างทางหลวงหมายเลข 24 สาย อ.ปราสาท - อ.สังขะ ตอน 4 จ.สุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโครงข่ายคมนาคมในพื้นที่ดังกล่าว โดยครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างทางหลวงในช่วง กม.215+300.000 ถึง กม.221+300.000 ระยะทางประมาณ 6.000 กิโลเมตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานเตรียมพื้นที่และการเคลียร์พื้นที่
- งานโครงสร้างทาง เช่น งานดินถม งานผิวทาง
- งานระบายน้ำ เช่น การสร้างท่อระบายน้ำ
- งานติดตั้งป้ายจราจรและเครื่องหมายจราจร
- งานไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง
- งานสะพาน (ถ้ามี)
- งานจัดภูมิทัศน์และปลูกต้นไม้
เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการสร้างถนนที่มีคุณภาพ ปลอดภัย และสะดวกสบายสำหรับการใช้งานของประชาชน รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมในพื้นที่จังหวัดสุรินทร์และบริเวณใกล้เคียง

The construction project of Highway No. 24, Prasat District - Sangkha District, Section 4, Surin Province, aims to develop and improve the transportation network in the area. It covers the construction of the highway from Km 215+300.000 to Km 221+300.000, a distance of approximately 6.000 kilometers.
The scope of work includes:
- Site preparation and clearing
- Road structure work, such as earthworks and pavement
- Drainage work, such as the construction of drainage pipes
- Installation of traffic signs and traffic markings
- Street lighting
- Bridge work (if any)
- Landscaping and planting
The main goal of the project is to build a high-quality, safe, and convenient road for public use, as well as to support economic and social development in Surin Province and its surrounding areas.
