โครงการก่อสร้างจัดทําระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ําบนพื้นที่ลุ่ม-ดอน (เขตพัฒนาที่ดิน) ปีงบประมาณ 2568 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมในบ้านหนองกวาง หมู่ที่ 7 ตําบลศรีสุข อําเภอเขื่องใน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยการจัดทําระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ําที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาการชะล้างพังทลายของดิน การกักเก็บน้ําเพื่อใช้ในการเกษตร และการเพิ่มความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของดิน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การสํารวจและออกแบบระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ํา การก่อสร้างโครงสร้างดินและโครงสร้างอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การปรับปรุงพื้นที่ และการให้คําแนะนําแก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้และการบํารุงรักษาระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ํา

The construction project to establish a soil and water conservation system in the lowland-upland area (Land Development Area) for the fiscal year 2025 aims to develop agricultural areas in Ban Nong Kwang, Tambon Si Suk, Khueang Nai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, by implementing an effective soil and water conservation system. This project focuses on solving soil erosion problems, water storage for agricultural use, and increasing soil fertility.
The scope of work includes surveying and designing soil and water conservation systems, constructing soil structures and other related structures, improving the area, and providing advice to farmers in the area regarding the use and maintenance of soil and water conservation systems.
The expected outcomes of the project include reducing soil erosion, increasing the amount of water used in agriculture, increasing agricultural productivity, and improving the quality of life of farmers in the target area.
