This project aims to procure All-in-one solar street lights that meet specific standards, including a luminous efficacy of not less than 165 lumens/watt, a total luminous flux of not less than 6,800 lumens, a correlated color temperature of 6,500K (±300K), a color rendering index (CRI) of not less than 70, and a dust and water protection level of not less than IP65. The lights must also pass safety and performance tests according to IEC standards. Bidders are required to submit a DIALux simulation report to ensure compliance with specified illuminance and uniformity standards.
