โครงการเทศกาลศิลปะแสงไฟเมืองพัทยา มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ใหม่ให้เมืองพัทยาในฐานะแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์ โดยการจัดงานเทศกาลศิลปะแสงไฟที่ทันสมัยและน่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการออกแบบและจัดทำ Key Visual ที่สื่อถึงเอกลักษณ์ของงาน, วางแผนและดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์, จัดกิจกรรมการแสดงผลงานศิลปะแสงสีเสียงที่หลากหลาย เช่น Art Installation, Projection Mapping, Laser Projection, และ Lighting Installation, รวมถึงการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัย, การอำนวยความสะดวก, และการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่จัดงาน เพื่อให้การจัดงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและประสบความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์
The Pattaya Light Art Festival project aims to promote tourism and create a new image for Pattaya as a creative tourism destination. The contractor is responsible for designing and producing the Key Visual, implementing public relations through various media channels, organizing light and sound art performance activities such as Art Installation, Projection Mapping, Laser Projection, and Lighting Installation, as well as managing security, facilities, and event area management to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
