ศูนย์หม่อนไหมเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ นครราชสีมา มีความต้องการจัดซื้อเครื่องทดสอบวัสดุทางกลแบบตั้งโต๊ะ หรือเครื่องทดสอบอเนกประสงค์ (Universal Testing Machine: UTM) จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจด้านการวิจัย พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมหม่อนไหม รวมถึงการให้บริการวิชาการแก่หน่วยงานภายนอก เครื่องมือนี้จะใช้ในการทดสอบความเหนียวและการยืดตัวของเส้นไหมในโครงการต่างๆ เช่น โครงการธนาคารเชื้อพันธุกรรมไหม และโครงการประกวดเส้นไหมระดับประเทศ รวมถึงรองรับการขอใช้เครื่องมือจากนักศึกษาและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ

เครื่องทดสอบต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปคือ สามารถทดสอบคุณสมบัติเชิงกลของวัสดุหลากหลายชนิด เช่น เส้นไหม, ผ้าไหม, พลาสติก, ยาง, และวัสดุคอมโพสิต โดยสามารถทดสอบได้ทั้งแรงกด (Compression test) และแรงดึง (Tension test) มีระบบการทำงานแบบอัตโนมัติ และควบคุมผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์ได้

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และเครื่องทดสอบต้องเป็นไปตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่ระบุใน TOR เช่น ชุดโครงสร้างแบบเสาคู่, ระบบขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า AC drive แบบ ball screws, ความแม่นยำในการวัดแรงผิดพลาดไม่เกิน ±0.5%, และมีโปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงานที่สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลการทดสอบได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ

การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา และผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบ ติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และสอนการใช้งานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา

The Queen Sirikit Sericulture Center of Nakhon Ratchasima requires the procurement of one unit of Universal Testing Machine (UTM) to support research, technology development, and innovation in sericulture, as well as to provide academic services to external organizations. This equipment will be used for testing the tenacity and elongation of silk fibers in various projects, such as the Silk Germplasm Bank project and the National Silk Contest project, as well as to support requests for equipment use from students and other organizations.

The testing machine must have general characteristics that allow it to test the mechanical properties of various materials, such as silk fibers, silk fabrics, plastics, rubber, and composite materials, and be capable of both compression and tension testing. It must have an automatic operating system and be computer-controlled.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, and the testing machine must meet the specific characteristics specified in the TOR, such as a dual-column structure, an AC drive electric motor drive system with ball screws, a load cell accuracy error of no more than ±0.5%, and a control program that can analyze data and process tests in various formats.

The selection of proposals will be based on price criteria, and the seller must deliver, install, test, and provide user training within 120 days from the date of signing the contract.
