โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ยากลุ่มยารูมาตอยด์ จำนวน 7 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้มีเวชภัณฑ์ยาเพียงพอสำหรับการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์อย่างต่อเนื่องตามแผนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อเวชภัณฑ์ยาตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารแนบ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของที่ซื้อเป็นเวลา 2 ปี การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาทั้งเวชภัณฑ์ยาที่ผลิตหรือนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศเพื่อให้เกิดการแข่งขันด้านคุณภาพและราคา

This project involves the e-bidding for the procurement of 7 items of rheumatoid drugs for use in the medical treatment of patients in Buriram Province, according to the annual procurement plan for fiscal year 2025 (B.E. 2568), with a budget of 8,457,680.00 Baht. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and deliver the items within 30 days of receiving the notice to commence work. The selection of bids will be based on price criteria. The objectives are to ensure a continuous supply of essential medicines for patient care. The project welcomes both domestically produced and imported pharmaceuticals to foster competition in quality and price.
