โครงการพัฒนาระบบส่งและจำหน่าย ระยะที่ 2 (ศพจ.2) มุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงและขยายระบบไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่ตำบลบาโงสะโต อำเภอระแงะ จังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความครอบคลุมของการจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าให้แก่ประชาชนและธุรกิจในพื้นที่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• การขยายเขตระบบไฟฟ้า: ดำเนินการขยายเขตระบบไฟฟ้าตามแนวถนนจาก การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาระแงะ - บ้านดงยอ ซอย 4/6
• การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ใหม่: ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าใหม่ เช่น เสาไฟฟ้า คอน อุปกรณ์ป้องกันฟ้าผ่า สายไฟฟ้า และมิเตอร์ เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของระบบ
• การรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เก่า: รื้อถอนอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเก่าที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้แล้ว
• การนำอุปกรณ์เดิมกลับมาใช้ใหม่: นำอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเดิมที่ยังใช้งานได้ดีกลับมาติดตั้งใหม่เพื่อลดต้นทุนและส่งเสริมการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า

เป้าหมายของโครงการคือการสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าที่มีความมั่นคง เชื่อถือได้ และสามารถรองรับความต้องการการใช้ไฟฟ้าที่เพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต รวมถึงการปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

The project aims to improve and expand the power distribution system in Bangosato Subdistrict, Ra-ngae District, Narathiwat Province. The main objectives are to enhance the efficiency and coverage of electricity supply to residents and businesses in the area.

The scope of work includes:

• Power Distribution Expansion: Expanding the power distribution system along the road from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Ra-ngae Branch - Ban Dong Yo Soi 4/6.
• New Equipment Installation: Installing new electrical equipment such as power poles, hardware, lightning protection devices, power cables, and meters to increase system capacity.
• Old Equipment Removal: Removing old electrical equipment that is substandard or no longer usable.
• Reusing Existing Equipment: Reinstalling existing electrical equipment that is still in good condition to reduce costs and promote efficient resource utilization.

The goal of the project is to create a stable, reliable power system that can meet the increasing electricity demand in the future, as well as improve the quality of life for people in the area.
