โครงการจัดซื้อไมโครโฟนชนิดไร้สาย แบบมือถือ จํานวน 51 ชุดเครื่อง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในกองทัพเรือ โดยกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้ วงเงินงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้คือ 2,040,000 บาท ซึ่งรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดแล้ว

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาไมโครโฟนไร้สายแบบมือถือที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น เป็นไมโครโฟนไร้สายย่าน UHF, มีตัวเรือนที่ผลิตจากวัสดุโลหะ, สามารถเปลี่ยนหัวไมค์ได้, มีจอแสดงผลแบบ Digital, ใช้แบตเตอรี่ AA ได้, และมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคอื่นๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ

ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบไมโครโฟน ณ แผนกคลังเครื่องช่วยการศึกษาและตำรา กองบริการการศึกษา กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ ภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันคุณภาพของไมโครโฟนเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และต้องแก้ไขหากเกิดการชำรุดบกพร่องจากการใช้งานปกติ

เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้ราคาต่ำสุดเป็นหลัก โดยหากผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอเป็นผู้ประกอบการ SMEs จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

The project aims to procure 51 sets of handheld wireless microphones to support various units within the Royal Thai Navy (RTN). The Department of Naval Education is responsible for this procurement. The budget is 2,040,000 Baht, inclusive of VAT and all other expenses.

The scope of work includes supplying handheld wireless microphones that meet the specifications outlined in the TOR, such as UHF frequency band, metal housing, replaceable microphone head, digital display, AA battery compatibility, and other technical specifications.

Bidders must deliver the microphones to the Educational Aids and Textbook Division, Educational Service Department, Department of Naval Education within 30 days from the contract signing date. The seller must guarantee the quality of the microphones for at least 1 year and must repair any defects due to normal use.

The selection criterion will primarily be based on the lowest price. SMEs bidders will receive special consideration.
