โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการภายใต้แผนยุทธศาสตร์ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนตลาดเก่าท่าเรือ อำเภอท่าเรือ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ผ่านกิจกรรมถนนคนเดิน “นครน้อย 2460 อาร์ตแอนด์คัลเจอร์” เป็นระยะเวลา 4 วัน โดยเน้นการใช้ศิลปะริมทาง (Street Art) และกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมเพื่อสร้างอัตลักษณ์ให้กับพื้นที่ และกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจชุมชน กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย การอบรมเตรียมความพร้อมชุมชน, การปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ด้วย Street Art, การจัดนิทรรศการ, การจัดกิจกรรมการแสดง, การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ และการสร้างจุดถ่ายรูป Landmark โครงการนี้มุ่งหวังให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน, ผู้ประกอบการ, และหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับการท่องเที่ยวและเศรษฐกิจของชุมชนในระยะยาว รวมถึงการจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดการแสดง และการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 2,000,000 บาท

This project is part of the strategic plan to promote the development of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Its main objective is to develop and promote tourism in the old market community of Tha Ruea District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, through the 4-day “Nakhon Noi 2460 Art & Culture” walking street event. The project focuses on using street art and cultural activities to create a unique identity for the area and stimulate the local economy. Key activities include community preparedness training, landscape improvement with street art, exhibitions, performances, public relations through various media, and the creation of landmark photo spots. The project aims to foster the participation of the community, entrepreneurs, and government and private sector agencies to create sustainability for tourism and the community’s economy in the long term. This includes creating promotional materials, managing performances, and managing the area in an orderly manner. The budget for this project is 2,000,000 baht.
