กรมบังคับคดีประกาศประกวดราคาโครงการ “เร่งรัดผลักดันทรัพย์สินเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ (มหกรรมขายทอดตลาดทรัพย์สิน)” ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลักดันทรัพย์สินออกจากการบังคับคดีและส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการลดปริมาณทรัพย์สินที่ค้างอยู่ในระบบการบังคับคดีและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องจัดเตรียมสถานที่จัดงาน ณ ห้องจูปิเตอร์ 11 อาคารชาเลนเจอร์ 2-3 อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี ออกแบบและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น จอ LED, เก้าอี้, โทรทัศน์, อินเทอร์เน็ต, จัดหาอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม, ดำเนินการประชาสัมพันธ์, ออกแบบและผลิตสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์, และจัดเตรียมพื้นที่สำหรับจุดให้บริการต่างๆ เพื่อรองรับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยประชาชน นักธุรกิจ นักลงทุน เจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ และผู้สนใจทั่วไปจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 400 คน

The Department of Legal Execution is holding a bidding for the “Accelerating the Push of Assets to Enhance the Economic Growth of the Country Project, Fiscal Year 2025 (Asset Auction)” using the electronic bidding (e-bidding) method. The main objectives are to increase the efficiency of asset disposal from legal execution and promote access to justice, with the aim of reducing the amount of assets pending in the legal execution system and stimulating the country’s economy. The winning bidder must prepare the event venue at Jupiter 11, Challenger 2-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, design and install various equipment such as LED screens, chairs, televisions, internet, provide food and beverages, conduct public relations, design and produce print media, and prepare areas for various service points to accommodate a target group of at least 400 people, including citizens, business people, investors, government officials, and the general public.
