โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุการแพทย์ทั่วไป รายการ Total Hip system จำนวน ๑,๕๖๒,๕๐๐ บาท เพื่อใช้สำหรับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมทั้งเบ้าในโรงพยาบาลสงขลา

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหา Total Hip system ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด ได้แก่ ก้านสะโพกเทียมแบบไม่ใส่ซีเมนต์ยึดกระดูก (Accolade II), เบ้าสะโพกเทียมแบบไม่ใช้สารยึดกระดูก (Trident Hemispherical shell) และพลาสติกรองเบ้า (X3@ Highly Crosslinked Polyethylene Insert), และหัวสะโพกเทียม (V40 Femoral head) โดยมีรายละเอียดขนาดและคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคเฉพาะ

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และต้องเสนอราคาที่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีอื่นๆ และค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งปวงแล้ว การส่งมอบพัสดุต้องไม่เกิน ๓๖๕ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงหรือใบสั่งซื้อ โรงพยาบาลสงขลาจะจ่ายค่าสิ่งของเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนและจังหวัดสงขลาได้ตรวจรับมอบสิ่งของไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยจะพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคา

This project aims to procure Total Hip System medical supplies, with a budget of 1,562,500 THB, for total hip replacement surgeries at Songkhla Hospital. The scope of work includes supplying Total Hip Systems that meet specified requirements, including cementless femoral stems (Accolade II), uncemented acetabular cups (Trident Hemispherical shell) and highly crosslinked polyethylene inserts (X3@ Highly Crosslinked Polyethylene Insert), and femoral heads (V40 Femoral head) with specific dimensions and technical properties. Bidders must meet the qualifications outlined in the TOR and submit prices inclusive of VAT, other taxes, and all expenses. Delivery must be within 365 days from the contract signing date. Songkhla Hospital will make payments upon complete delivery and acceptance of the supplies. The bid evaluation will be based on price.
