โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ในซอยหัวนา บ้านนาผักฮาด หมู่ 1 ตำบลน้ำไผ่ อำเภอน้ำปาด จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีขนาดความกว้าง 3.00 เมตร, ความยาว 320.00 เมตร, และความหนา 0.15 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 960 ตารางเมตร พร้อมทั้งลงลูกรังหรือวัสดุคัดเลือกบริเวณไหล่ทางตามแบบแปลนที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลน้ำไผ่กำหนด การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด มทช.201-มทช.203 เฉพาะส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีการติดตั้ง Expansion Joint ทุกระยะ 50 เมตร ใช้วัสดุยารอยต่อคอนกรีตแบบยืดหยุ่นชนิดเทร้อน และวัสดุอุดรอยต่อคอนกรีตเป็นกระดาษชานอ้อยชุบยางมะตอย คอนกรีตที่ใช้ต้องมีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 240 ksc และใช้เหล็กเสริมตาม มอก.23 และ มอก.24 รวมถึง WELDED WIRE MESH (มอก.737) การทำผิวหน้าคอนกรีตให้หยาบโดยลากไม้แปรง และตีเส้นจราจรเฉพาะเส้นแบ่งทิศทางจราจรด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก การบ่มคอนกรีตต้องทำอย่างน้อย 7 วัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดสอบกำลังอัดประลัยของแท่งตัวอย่างคอนกรีต

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road (reinforced concrete) in Soi Hua Na, Ban Na Phak Hat, Village No. 1, Nam Phai Subdistrict, Nam Pat District, Uttaradit Province. The road will be 3.00 meters wide, 320.00 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, with a surface area of not less than 960 square meters. It also includes the placement of laterite or selected materials on the shoulders of the road according to the plan specified by the Nam Phai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The construction must comply with the requirements of MTC.201-MTC.203 (related parts only), with Expansion Joints installed every 50 meters. Hot-poured elastic joint sealant and non-extruding joint filler made of asphalt-impregnated cane fiberboard will be used. The concrete used must have a compressive strength of at least 240 ksc, and the reinforcing steel must comply with TIS 23 and TIS 24, including WELDED WIRE MESH (TIS 737). The concrete surface should be roughened by dragging a brush, and traffic lines should be painted only on the center line with thermoplastic paint. Concrete curing must be done for at least 7 days. The contractor is responsible for the cost of testing the compressive strength of the concrete specimen.
