โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ในซอย 8/1 หมู่ที่ 11 บ้านเวียงคุ้ม ตำบลท่าสาย อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย ตามแบบมาตรฐานที่เทศบาลตำบลท่าสายกำหนด โดยมีขนาดความกว้าง 4.00 เมตร, ความยาว 220.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ก่อสร้างไม่น้อยกว่า 880.00 ตร.ม. ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการเตรียมพื้นที่, งานรองพื้นทางด้วยทราย, งานผิวทางคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (หนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมตะแกรงเหล็ก), การทำรอยต่อ (Contraction Joint และ Expansion Joint), และงานดินลูกรังถมไหล่ทาง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามข้อกำหนดและรายการชี้แจงแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการใช้วัสดุที่ได้มาตรฐาน, การควบคุมคุณภาพงาน, และการจัดการความปลอดภัยในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง

The project is the construction of a reinforced concrete (ค.ส.ล.) road in Soi 8/1, Moo 11, Ban Wiang Khum, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, with a width of 4.00 meters, a length of 220.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, or a construction area of no less than 880.00 square meters. The project includes subgrade work, concrete pavement work, joint construction, and laterite shoulder filling work. The contractor must strictly comply with the specifications and construction drawing details, including the use of standard materials, quality control, and safety management during construction.
