ประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการปรับปรุงอาคารโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลตะพง พร้อมลานจอดรถ

This project aims to renovate the Taphong Sub-district Health Promotion Hospital (RPHS) building and its surroundings to enhance its usability and efficiency. The scope of work includes renovations to the existing building and various additions, such as: improving the building’s surfaces, installing stair railings inside the building and guardrails outside, installing sinks, installing urinal partitions, electrical system work, air conditioning system work, sanitary system work, parking lot flooring, and fence and gate work.

The contractor must carefully study and understand the specifications and drawings, as well as inspect the actual site conditions before submitting a bid. If any discrepancies are found between the drawings and the actual site conditions, the contractor must notify the Taphong Sub-district Administrative Organization for correction before bidding. Submission of a bid implies acceptance of the entire scope of work, and the contractor must carry out the building renovation in accordance with the objectives of the specifications and drawings.

Since the building is still under the warranty period of the original contractor, the contractor taking on the work must inspect the building for defects or damages. If any are found, they must be reported in writing before starting work. Failure to report will be considered as acceptance of the area, and the contractor will be responsible for any damages that occur, unless it can be proven that the damage was not caused by the contractor’s work.
