โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบและสอบเทียบมาตรวัดน้ำของผู้ใช้น้ำในทางน้ำชลประทานตามมาตรา ๘ เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการน้ำและการจัดเก็บค่าชลประทานมีประสิทธิภาพ กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้ใช้น้ำในพื้นที่สำนักงานชลประทานที่ 8 และ 9 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบและสอบเทียบมาตรวัดน้ำของผู้ใช้น้ำทั้งหมด 135 ราย ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนและการเตรียมการ, การวัดอัตราการไหลในท่อ, การสอบเทียบมาตรวัดน้ำ, และการจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานอย่างละเอียด รวมถึงการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่มีประวัติเสียหาย, และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กรมบัญชีกลางกำหนด โครงการมีระยะเวลา 240 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 4,500,000 บาท การจ่ายเงินแบ่งเป็น 4 งวดตามผลงานที่ส่งมอบ เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นหลัก มีการกำหนดค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบงานล่าช้า และมีข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งมอบงานและการตรวจสอบเครื่องมือ

This project aims to inspect and calibrate water meters of water users in the irrigation system under Section 8 to ensure efficient water management and collection of irrigation fees. The target group is water users in the area of Irrigation Offices 8 and 9. The contractor must inspect and calibrate water meters of all 135 users, including planning and preparation, flow rate measurement in pipes, water meter calibration, and detailed reporting, including training for relevant personnel. Bidders must have the qualifications as prescribed by law, have no adverse history, and meet the criteria set by the Comptroller General’s Department. The project has a duration of 240 days from the contract signing date and a budget of 4,500,000 baht. Payments are divided into 4 installments based on the delivered work. The selection criteria will be based primarily on price. Penalties for late delivery are specified, and there are other relevant requirements for work delivery and equipment inspection.
