กรมบังคับคดีเปิดรับข้อเสนอโครงการสำรวจความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนผู้รับบริการที่มีต่อกระบวนการบังคับคดี ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อศึกษาและประเมินความพึงพอใจและความเชื่อมั่นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานของกรมฯ รวมถึงศึกษาความคิดเห็น, ข้อเสนอแนะ, และปัญหาอุปสรรคต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการบังคับคดี เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการและขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติราชการของกรมฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการสำรวจประกอบด้วยประชาชนผู้รับบริการ, ผู้บริหาร, หน่วยงานภาครัฐ, ภาคเอกชน, สถาบันการเงิน, และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 3,000 ราย โครงการจะใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) ทั้งแบบสอบถาม, การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก, และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด, จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน, และนำเสนอรายละเอียดด้านเทคนิคเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

The Department of Legal Execution is seeking proposals for a project to survey the satisfaction of people using the legal execution process for the fiscal year 2025. The main objectives of this project are to study and assess the satisfaction and trust of the public regarding the operations of the department, including studying opinions, suggestions, and various obstacles related to the legal execution process. This information will be used to improve service quality and drive the department’s operational plan. The target groups for the survey include service users, executives, government agencies, private sector entities, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations, totaling no less than 3,000 people. The project will use a mixed-method data collection approach, including questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and focus groups. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, develop an operational plan, and present technical details for consideration.
