องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองหนาม มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบตอนเดียว ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ และเพิ่มศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหารถบรรทุกที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นรถที่ประกอบหรือผลิตในประเทศไทย, ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานไอเสีย Euro 5, มีระบบปรับอากาศ, และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม เช่น หลังคาทรงสูง, เบาะนั่ง 2 แถว, ผ้าใบกันสาด, ฟิล์มกรองแสง, กล้องบันทึกด้านหน้า, และพื้นปูกระบะ
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง และต้องรับประกันคุณภาพและความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร และรับประกันค่าแรงและตรวจเช็คระยะเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ 50,000 กิโลเมตร กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 45 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
Nong Nam Sub-district Administrative Organization intends to procure a 1-ton, 2-wheel drive, single-cab diesel truck with a cylinder volume of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, in the amount of 1 unit. This is to support the operations of the Sub-district Administrative Organization and various agencies in the area, and to enhance the potential for performing missions efficiently and for maximum benefit.
The scope of work includes the provision of a truck with specified features such as being assembled or manufactured in Thailand, Euro 5 emission standard certification, air conditioning, and additional equipment such as a high roof, 2 rows of seats, awning, tinted film, front recording camera, and bed liner.
Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers and must guarantee quality and defects for at least 3 years or 100,000 kilometers, and guarantee labor and inspection for at least 3 years or 50,000 kilometers. Delivery is to be made within 45 days from the date of signing the contract.
