โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องจี้และตัดด้วยไฟฟ้าความถี่สูง (Radiofrequency ablation : RFA) จำนวน 1 เครื่อง สำหรับใช้ในงานศัลยกรรมทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาล เครื่องดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุใน TOR ซึ่งครอบคลุมการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย เช่น การจี้ตัดห้ามเลือด การผ่าตัดส่องกล้อง และการผ่าตัดเปิดหน้าท้อง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และสามารถส่งมอบเครื่องพร้อมติดตั้งและทดสอบการใช้งานได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

This project aims to procure one unit of Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) machine for general surgical purposes. The machine must meet the technical specifications outlined in the TOR, covering various applications such as hemostasis, endoscopic surgery, and open surgery. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and be able to deliver, install, and test the machine within the given timeframe.
The scope of work includes supplying a RFA machine with complete features according to the TOR, installing the machine, providing user training to medical personnel, and maintaining the machine during the warranty period.
The winning bidder must deliver the RFA machine that meets the TOR specifications, along with a user manual, spare parts list, and product warranty.
