โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้าง ปรับปรุง และซ่อมแซมอาคารเรียนและสิ่งประกอบต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำจังหวัดระยอง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลทับมา อำเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับเด็กพิการ โครงการนี้จะครอบคลุมงานก่อสร้างอาคารใหม่ การปรับปรุงอาคารเดิมที่มีอยู่ และการซ่อมแซมส่วนที่ชำรุดทรุดโทรม รวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่จำเป็นสำหรับเด็กพิการ เพื่อให้พวกเขาสามารถเข้าถึงการศึกษาและพัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเองได้อย่างเต็มที่ การดำเนินงานทั้งหมดจะต้องเป็นไปตามรูปแบบและรายการละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญา และเป็นไปตามหลักวิชาช่างที่ถูกต้อง

This project focuses on the construction, renovation, and repair of school buildings and facilities for children with disabilities at the Rayong Special Education Center. The objective is to develop and improve the educational environment to be suitable and conducive to the learning of children with disabilities. This includes constructing and renovating buildings, as well as procuring and installing necessary facilities for students with special needs. All operations must comply with the forms and details specified in the contract and adhere to sound engineering principles.
