โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) บนถนนสายบ้านนากันตม - บ้านทุ่งขนวน ตำบลสังเม็ก อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยมีระยะทางรวม 2.300 กิโลเมตร ช่วงการก่อสร้างจะเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่ กม. 1+500 ถึง กม. 3+800 โดยจะมีการก่อสร้างผิวจราจรกว้าง 6.00 เมตร และไหล่ทางกว้างข้างละ 0.20 เมตร นอกจากนี้ จะมีการรื้อผิวจราจรลาดยางเดิมออก และปรับปรุงโครงสร้างทางเดิมโดยการปรับเกลี่ยแต่งบดอัดแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Modified Proctor Density ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวงชนบท และใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด รวมถึงใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา
This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RCC) road on the Ban Na Kantom - Ban Thung Khanuan road, Sangmek Subdistrict, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, with a total distance of 2.300 kilometers. The construction section spans from km 1+500 to km 3+800, with a traffic surface width of 6.00 meters and a shoulder width of 0.20 meters on each side. The project includes the removal of the existing asphalt surface and improvement of the original road structure. Contractors must comply with the Department of Rural Roads standards and use domestically produced materials for no less than 60% of the total material value, including using domestically produced steel for no less than 90% of the total steel required by the contract.
