โครงการจัดซื้อรถตักล้อยาง ขนาด ๑๕๐ แรงม้า จำนวน ๑ คัน ของเทศบาลเมืองหล่มสัก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและพัฒนาเครื่องมือในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้วยงบประมาณ 4,740,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล, มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รถตักล้อยางต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล, ระบบถ่ายทอดกำลังแบบ Power Shift, บุ้งกี๋ขนาด 2.30 ลูกบาศก์เมตร และอุปกรณ์ประกอบครบถ้วน การส่งมอบต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา และมีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบล่าช้า ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะได้รับการพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุด และต้องรับประกันคุณภาพ 1 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร
