องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไสไทยมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถมินิบัสขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 20 ที่นั่ง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-bidding) เพื่อใช้ในการรับ-ส่งนักเรียนในสังกัดจำนวน 5 แห่ง สำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนนอกสถานที่ เนื่องจากรถโดยสารที่มีอยู่เดิมไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ
วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือ เพื่อให้มีรถโดยสารที่เหมาะสมและปลอดภัยสำหรับนักเรียนในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่างๆ นอกสถานที่
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถมินิบัสที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 4,000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 กิโลวัตต์, ระบบปรับอากาศ, เบาะปรับเอนนอนได้พร้อมเข็มขัดนิรภัยทุกที่นั่ง, ประตูขึ้นลงไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ประตู และประตูทางออกฉุกเฉิน, เครื่องเสียงพร้อมช่องเสียบ USB และไมโครโฟน, จอทีวีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 40 นิ้ว จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 2 เครื่อง
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามที่กำหนด
การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 2,447,666.67 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความเสียหายของเครื่องยนต์เป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร และรับประกันความเสียหายส่วนอื่น ๆ ของตัวรถไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 180 วัน
Sai Thai Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to purchase a minibus with at least 20 seats through electronic bidding (E-bidding) to transport students under its jurisdiction for off-site learning activities. The existing bus is insufficient to meet the needs.
The main objective is to provide a suitable and safe bus for students to participate in various off-site activities.
The scope of work includes providing a minibus with specified features such as a diesel engine of at least 4,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 100 kilowatts, air conditioning, reclining seats with seat belts, at least 1 door for passengers and an emergency exit, audio system with USB port and microphone, and at least 2 TVs of at least 40 inches.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and having a net worth or registered capital as specified.
The price will be the main criterion for consideration, with a median price of 2,447,666.67 baht. The bidder must guarantee engine damage for at least 3 years or 100,000 kilometers and guarantee other vehicle damage for at least 1 year. Delivery is within 180 days.
