โรงพยาบาลนามน มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเครื่องเอกซเรย์ทั่วไปขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 500 mA แบบแขวนเพดาน จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่เสื่อมสภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการถ่ายภาพรังสีเอกซเรย์ประกอบการวินิจฉัยของแพทย์ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และแม่นยำ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาเครื่องเอกซเรย์ที่มีคุณสมบัติทั่วไป เช่น ใช้กับกระแสไฟฟ้า 220 โวลต์ 50 เฮิรตซ์, สามารถถ่ายภาพเอกซเรย์ได้ทุกส่วนของร่างกาย และมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นเครื่อง High frequency Inverter System ควบคุมด้วยระบบไมโครโพรเซสเซอร์, มีกำลังไฟฟ้าสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 32 KW, สามารถปรับค่าความต่างศักย์ (KV) และตั้งค่า mA ได้สูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 500 mA
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, ต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ, ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง
การส่งมอบพัสดุต้องครบถ้วนภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อตรวจรับถูกต้องตามระเบียบ
Namon Hospital intends to purchase one ceiling-mounted general X-ray machine with a capacity of at least 500 mA to replace the existing deteriorated machine. The objective is to provide rapid, accurate, and technically precise X-ray imaging for medical diagnosis.
The scope of work includes procuring an X-ray machine with general specifications such as compatibility with 220V 50Hz power supply, the ability to X-ray all parts of the body, and technical specifications such as a High-Frequency Inverter System controlled by a microprocessor, a maximum power of at least 32 KW, adjustable KV, and a maximum mA setting of at least 500 mA.
Bidders must meet legal qualifications, not be suspended from submitting proposals, be a legal entity engaged in the sale of such equipment, not have common interests with other bidders, and be registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department.
The equipment must be delivered within 90 days from the signing of the contract. Payment will be made in a single installment upon satisfactory inspection and acceptance according to regulations. The equipment must also be ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certified.
