โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและขนส่งสินค้าของประชาชนในพื้นที่ เส้นทางก่อสร้างคือถนนสายบ้านทุ่งรวงทอง - บ้านจํานัน ตำบลสังเม็ก อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:
- ขอบเขตงาน: ก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. ระยะทางรวม 2.646 กิโลเมตร แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง:
- ช่วงที่ 1: กม. 0+000 ถึง กม. 0+060 (0.060 กม.)
- ช่วงที่ 2: กม. 0+000 ถึง กม. 2+586 (2.586 กม.)
- ลักษณะทางกายภาพ:
- ความกว้างผิวจราจร: 5.00 เมตร
- ความกว้างไหล่ทาง: ข้างละ 0.20 เมตร
- โครงสร้างทาง:
- ผิวจราจร: คอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก หนา 0.15 เมตร
- ทรายหยาบอัดแน่น หนา 0.05 เมตร
- งานรองพื้นทางลูกรัง (Soil Aggregate CBR : 25%) บดอัดแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Modified Proctor Density หนา 20 ซม.
- โครงสร้างทางเดิมปรับเกลี่ยแต่งบดอัดแน่น ไม่น้อยกว่า 95 % Modified Proctor Density

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete (RC) road on the route between Ban Thung Ruang Thong and Ban Chamnan, Sangmek Subdistrict, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. The total distance is 2.646 kilometers, divided into two sections: the first section is 60 meters long, and the second section is 2.586 kilometers long. The road surface is 5 meters wide, with a shoulder width of 0.20 meters on each side. The project aims to improve transportation and facilitate the movement of goods for the local population. Deliverables include the completed reinforced concrete road, traffic management during construction, compliance with the Department of Rural Roads standards, and the use of domestic materials according to the specified proportions.
