โครงการขุดลอกสระเก็บน้ำหนองผักหนาม ตั้งอยู่ที่หมู่ 1 ตำบลอ่าวใหญ่ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตราด มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการกักเก็บน้ำของสระหนองผักหนาม ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งน้ำสำคัญของชุมชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการขุดลอกดินตะกอนที่สะสมอยู่ในสระเป็นระยะเวลานาน เพื่อเพิ่มปริมาณความจุของสระให้สามารถรองรับน้ำได้มากขึ้น โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำในช่วงฤดูแล้ง และสนับสนุนการทำการเกษตรของประชาชนในพื้นที่
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การขุดลอกสระน้ำตามแบบที่กำหนด การปรับปรุงพื้นที่โดยรอบสระน้ำ การติดตั้งท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. ขนาด Ø 1.00 ม. จำนวน 10 ท่อน 3 แถว และการจัดทำป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและป้ายมาตรฐาน
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามรูปแบบและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด โดยคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัยในการทำงานเป็นสำคัญ การดำเนินงานจะต้องเป็นไปตามหลักวิชาช่าง และอยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของผู้ควบคุมงานและวิศวกรผู้ออกแบบ
The project involves dredging the Nong Phak Nam pond, located in Moo 1, Ao Yai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trat Province. The main objective is to enhance the water storage capacity of the pond, which serves as a vital water source for the local community. The project includes dredging accumulated sediment to increase the pond’s capacity, aiming to address water scarcity during the dry season and support local agriculture.
The scope of work includes dredging the pond according to the specified design, improving the surrounding area, installing 10 rows of 3 reinforced concrete drainage pipes (Ø 1.00 m), and creating temporary and standard project signs.
The contractor must adhere to the specified designs and standards, considering environmental impact and workplace safety. The work must be carried out according to engineering principles and under the supervision of the supervisor and design engineer.
