โครงการ “งานจัดระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำ ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568” มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและจัดการระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมตาม Agri-Map ในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย 100 ไร่ ณ หมู่ 5 บ้านสร้างคำ ตำบลวังชมภู อำเภอพรเจริญ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณรวม 200,000 บาท ดำเนินการโดยสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินบึงกาฬ ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 5 กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์

ขอบเขตของงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดทำระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย ซึ่งรวมถึงการปรับระดับพื้นที่นาแบบมีคูน้ำ (รูปแบบที่ 2) และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบก่อสร้างและรายการประมาณราคาที่แนบมาในเอกสารนี้ โดยมีรายละเอียดของงาน, ปริมาณงาน, และราคาต่อหน่วยที่ระบุไว้อย่างชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแผนที่แสดงตำแหน่งโครงการและรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ผลผลิตที่สำคัญ (Deliverables) ได้แก่ ระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำที่ติดตั้งแล้ว และป้ายโครงการที่ติดตั้งในพื้นที่

The “Soil and Water Conservation System Project for Fiscal Year 2025” aims to improve and manage soil and water conservation systems in agricultural areas that are not suitable according to the Agri-Map, covering a target area of 100 rai at Moo 5, Ban Sang Kham, Wang Chomphu Subdistrict, Pho Charoen District, Bueng Kan Province. The project has a total budget of 200,000 baht. It is operated by the Bueng Kan Land Development Station under the supervision of the Department of Land Development, Region 5 Land Development Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

The scope of work includes the establishment of soil and water conservation systems in the target area, including the adjustment of rice field levels with drainage ditches (Type 2) and the installation of project signs to publicize the project. The contractor must proceed according to the construction drawings and price estimates attached to this document, with details of the work, the quantity of work, and the unit price clearly specified. In addition, there are maps showing the project location and other related details.

Key deliverables include the installed soil and water conservation system and the installed project sign in the area.
