โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อสายส่งผ่านไอน้ำเข้าสู่ต่อมลูกหมาก (Rezum delivery device kit) จำนวน 8 ชุด เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาภาวะต่อมลูกหมากโต (BPH) โดยใช้พลังงานความร้อนจากไอน้ำร่วมกับการส่องกล้อง (Cystoscopy) สายส่งผ่านไอน้ำนี้ต้องใช้งานร่วมกับเครื่องควบคุมการส่งผ่านไอน้ำ (Rezum Generator)

Procurement of 8 units of Rezum delivery device kits for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) using steam energy in conjunction with Cystoscopy. The delivery device must be sterile and FDA approved for medical device import. It must meet manufacturer standards, be easy to use, and be packaged individually for immediate use. It should be compatible with a 30-degree 4mm Cystoscope lens and include components such as a shaft with a channel for the needle, a needle tip, an RF cable, a saline flush line, a water line, a drain line, a Cystoscope lens port, and various control buttons. The selection criterion is the lowest price, and the seller must provide evidence of legal manufacturing or import, and must be compatible with the steam-powered BPH treatment machine, Boston brand, model G2200-0031 SN.5459.
