โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยางตันสำหรับรถยกของการท่าเรือกรุงเทพฯ เพื่อใช้ในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือทุ่นแรง โดยมีรายการจัดซื้อ 3 รายการหลัก ได้แก่ ยางตันขนาด 6.50-10 จำนวน 84 เส้น, ยางตันขนาด 7.00-12 จำนวน 193 เส้น และยางตันขนาด 8.25-15 จำนวน 130 เส้น ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย และต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น โรงงานผลิตยางต้องได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001 และผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องผลิตภายในประเทศ ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุให้ครบถ้วนภายใน 15 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลา 180 วัน

This project aims to procure solid tires for forklifts at the Port Authority of Thailand for the maintenance of lifting equipment. The procurement includes three main items: 84 units of 6.50-10 solid tires, 193 units of 7.00-12 solid tires, and 130 units of 8.25-15 solid tires. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, possess legal capacity, and have no conflicts of interest. The tire manufacturing factory must be ISO9001 certified, and the products must be manufactured domestically. The successful bidder must deliver the goods within 15 days from the contract signing date and provide a warranty against defects for 180 days.
