โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกสัญญาหากมีการจัดซื้อยาร่วม หรือผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ยาไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน หรือยาถูกเรียกคืนจากท้องตลาด หรือพบปัญหาคุณภาพที่อาจส่งผลต่อผู้ป่วย
