โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกดีเซลขนาด 1 ตัน ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ จำนวน 1 คัน ให้แก่กองช่าง เทศบาลตำบลศรีสงคราม เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานบริการประชาชน, งานสำรวจ, และควบคุมงานก่อสร้างต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า รถบรรทุกที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์, เป็นกระบะสำเร็จรูป, ห้องโดยสารแบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ 4 ประตู, และมีอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานครบครัน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมายและมีอาชีพขายหรือรับจ้างเกี่ยวกับพัสดุที่จะซื้อหรือจ้างนี้ โดยเทศบาลฯ จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

This project aims to procure one unit of 1-ton, 4-wheel drive, double-cab diesel pickup truck for the Engineering Division of Si Songkhram Subdistrict Municipality. The truck will be used for public service, surveying, and construction control. The truck must have a cylinder volume of at least 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 110 kilowatts and meet the specified technical requirements. Bidders must meet legal requirements and be engaged in the business of selling or contracting for the goods to be purchased. The municipality will select the lowest priced proposal that meets the specified qualifications.
