โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายไหล่ทางคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) บริเวณวัดสุคันธาวาส ซอย 7 หมู่ที่ 8 ตำบลบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยจะทำการขยายไหล่ทาง ค.ส.ล. ขนาดความกว้าง 2.50 เมตร, ความยาว 75.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมทั้งวางท่อระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. และบ่อพักสำเร็จรูป

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. ตามมาตรฐาน มทช.201 - มทช.203, การทำ Expansion Joint ทุกระยะ 50 เมตร, การใช้วัสดุยารอยต่อคอนกรีตแบบยืดหยุ่นชนิดเทร้อนตาม มอก.479 และวัสดุอุดรอยต่อคอนกรีตตาม มอก.1041 นอกจากนี้ยังต้องควบคุมคุณภาพคอนกรีตและเหล็กเสริมตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการชั่วคราวและถาวร

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาช่างฝีมือที่มีความรู้ความชำนาญ และใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด โดยเฉพาะเหล็กต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90

This project aims to expand the reinforced concrete ( ค.ส.ล. ) shoulder of Wat Sukantawas Soi 7, Village No. 8, Bang Bo Subdistrict, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province, with a width of 2.50 meters, a length of 75.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters. It also includes the installation of reinforced concrete ( ค.ส.ล. ) drainage pipes and precast manholes.

The scope of work includes the construction of reinforced concrete ( ค.ส.ล. ) roads according to Department of Rural Roads standards มทช.201 - มทช.203, installation of expansion joints every 50 meters, use of hot-poured elastic joint sealant according to TIS 479, and joint filler according to TIS 1041. In addition, concrete and reinforcing steel quality must be controlled according to specified standards, including the installation of temporary and permanent project signs.

The contractor must provide skilled technicians and use construction materials manufactured domestically for not less than 60 percent of the total material value. In particular, steel must be a domestic product for not less than 90 percent.
