โครงการมหกรรมว่าวสุราษฎร์ธานี Suratthani Kite Festival จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยใช้วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและประเพณีการเล่นว่าวเป็นสื่อกลางในการดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยว โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและสินค้าของจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีให้เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวาง รวมถึงกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจให้กับชุมชนและท้องถิ่น

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการนำเสนอแนวคิดการจัดกิจกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบที่กำหนด การจัดกิจกรรมการแสดงประกอบแสง สี เสียง โดยมีศิลปินนักร้องที่มีชื่อเสียงและวงดนตรีท้องถิ่น การจัดเตรียมสถานที่จัดงานบริเวณหาดนายอำเภอ การจัดระบบเวที เครื่องเสียง จอ LED และระบบควบคุม และการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและแสงสว่าง รวมถึงไฟประดับตกแต่ง

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องนำเสนอรูปแบบการจัดงานในรูปแบบกราฟิก 3D และเอกสารข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณาผลการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์พิจารณา

The Suratthani Kite Festival project aims to promote tourism in Suratthani province by using local arts, culture, and kite-flying traditions as a medium. The main activities include exhibitions of Thai and international kites, beautiful and fancy kites, kite-flying skill demonstrations, kite competitions, exhibitions on the evolution of kites, kite for fun activities, music, light and sound shows, and environmental conservation activities. The project aims to publicize Suratthani’s tourist attractions and products, stimulate the economy for the community and locality. The scope of work includes presenting event concepts, organizing performances with light and sound, featuring famous singers and local bands, preparing the venue at Nai Amphoe Beach, setting up stage systems, sound systems, LED screens and control systems, and providing electrical equipment, lighting, and decorative lights.
